We offer a turnkey solution to the client where we manage and execute every phase of the project starting with the conceptualization stage, costing and pricing phase, construction and project management phase and the handover phase. Our fee is inclusive of all professional fees (i.e. Architect, Engineer, Energy consultant, Surveyor, Plan submission fees, Electrical connections etc.). We have a developed and experienced team consisting of established sub-contractors, consultants and professionals. This team has done work at luxury estates such as Cotswold Downs Eco Estate, Zimbali Coastal Estate, Hawaan Forest Estate, Simbithi Eco Estate to mention a few whom we have developed good working relationships with over the years and who will all be managed by during the different phase of the project.

Architectural Design, Construction, Interior Design & Furnishing Done By Majozi Bros. Construction.
A TYPICAL TURNKEY PROJECT WILL INVOLVE THE FOLLOWING:
Project Set Up –
During the conceptualization stage an initial meeting will be arranged with client where we will be given a detailed brief regarding the clients requirements and preferences, a site viewing along with client to be arranged to discuss possible ideas based on clients brief
If a survey has not been done, we will arrange this with our surveyor. Once we have this information, the architect of choice chosen from our pool of professionals we prefer, will proceed with a conceptual design. This design will be presented to the client for comments.
Luxury Home Design –
The design can be revised and developed until the client is completely satisfied with it. A 3D model will also be built while the design is being finalised, to ensure that you have a full understanding of the design. As soon the client approve the concept design, we will submit this initial design to the architectural review committee (if the property is within an estate) for their approval. Once we receive approval of the concept design, the architect will proceed with the building plans.
Home Design Submission –
The building plans will then be submitted to the estate (if applicable) for stamping & signing. Thereafter we will submit it to the local authority, and ensure that the plans are approved. At this stage the engineer will do a structural design, which can also be used for costing purposes.
Construction Kick-off –
Once we obtain building plan approval, we will commence with the construction work immediately. If required we are able to source the client storage space at reasonable rates. The client will be involved with the kitchen design, selecting finishes and paint colours etc. We can then assist you with the interior design as well, to ensure that the furnishings complement the house. We do a design and present you with a proposal & costing. We will arrange for the furniture to be delivered, and place it for you.
Luxury Home Handover –
The architect will then prepare and submit a set of deviation plans, showing any changes from the original approved drawings if any during construction. Once we have handed all certificates over to the building inspector, and he is satisfied with the building works, you will be issued with an occupation certificate.
