Majozi Bros is an Enterprise development Company of WBHO and has been involved as a joint venture partner with WBHO on a number of catalytic developments including the R500m upgrade of Gateway shop Centre and the R1billion Umhlanga Arch development.

Under the Enterprise development program  Majozi Bros has full access to WBHO resources. The mandate of the Enterprise Development Programme to assist Majozi Bros through skills transfer and other structured interventions to build up capacity both financially and technically so that Majozi Bros can build a sustainable company that can someday operate independently and thrive without the WBHO and better yet be able to compete with the WBHO and other established companies on a levelled playing field.
